Your account will be set up as soon as we receive payment and our payment partners have screened the order in case of fraud. Providing false contact information will result in discontinuation of services. You agree to pay PadoHost, in advance of the time period during which services are provided. You agree that until and unless you cancel your recurring payments to PadoHost, those services will be billed on a recurring basis and the money used for those services.
Any account not paid in full 24 hours after the due date will be suspended and late fees applied. You must pay these late fees before you can reactivate your services or have services with us again. We do not warrant our services. There will be no account credits for any downtime or losses incurred. You will be charged a one-time fee if you are permanently suspended for us to send you files if you request them.
All cancellations require a 30-day notice, failure to do so could result in penalties. Any abuse may be subject to, while rare, a penalty. Said abuse can include but is not limited to getting our IP’s blacklisted. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or any entity regardless of the reason.
Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension of your services. It is your responsibility to make sure your content is secure and your passwords are kept safe.
Transfers to our server are nonviable for data loss, or inadequacies. It is your responsibility to keep your own backups. PadoHost is not responsible for lost/inaccurate data.
Third party software is not supported on our unmanaged services. There will be no tolerance for illegal use or abuse. Any sites, subsites, or services found in violation will be terminated without notice. Whether or not your account is violating the terms will be decided by the person(s) reviewing your account.
There is zero tolerance for spam. PadoHost does not allow mass mailing or email marketing on our shared hosting servers. If a client is caught doing any sort of email marketing, service will be terminated with no refund.
We will only allow for the refund if cancellation is not the fault of the client, as determined by PadoHost. Accounts closed for violating PadoHost TOS and POLICY do not qualify for a refund. If you cancel all of our services within the 7 day grace period you will receive your full payment back minus domain registration and set up fees if you were billed for setup fee. If you have had services with us before you will not be eligible for any type of money back guarantee.
If you got a Free Domain with Hosting Plan, the domain registration fees would be deducted from the refunds. Please note if your account has been suspended for abuse there will be no refund.
Invoices that have been paid more than once with multiple Subscriptions, refund can only be added as credit towards the account and cannot be refunded via payment gateway on our site or Bank Transfer.
Refunds are forbidden if you have used 25% or more of your allocated bandwidth usage on any of your products. Refunds are at our discretion and may be refused for any reason.
If you fail to pay for the renewal of domain registration before expiry, your domain registration shall be canceled and also listed to be deleted which usually takes about 60 to 120 days. Renewal Invoices are usually generated and sent to client 30 days or 15 days before expiry which serves as a prior notice to the client who owns the domain name.
If a domain name is canceled and listed for deletion, any website or email services associated with it will stop working even if you pay for renewal after expiry. Retrieving your domain from deletion during this period will cost you $250.00 and Service Charge of $20 which amount to $270 in total.
If you fail to pay for the renewal of hosting accounts such as shared hosting, VPS hosting and Dedicated Server Hosting before expiry, you will be given the grace of 5 days after expiry to make payment meanwhile your hosting account will be suspended immediately on expiry. Failure to pay within the grace period of 5 days will result in termination of your hosting account after 9 days.
Please note that terminated account cannot be restored. Our Piece of Advice: Kindly make sure you pay for the renewal of domain and hosting services before expiry to avoid domain being deleted or hosting account being terminated. If you misspell your domain name during registration, unfortunately, we are unable to change or edit the spelling of a domain name after you register it. We register the domain name exactly as you enter it.
When the registration succeeds, you are charged, even if the domain name you entered was not what you actually intended to type. You have the option of canceling the domain name so that it is no longer registered to you. Remember that cancellation does not guarantee a refund of any portion of your registration fee, and it is a permanent action. You are welcome to try and purchase the correct domain name if it is available.
PadoHost can not be held liable for any content hosted here against any law. PadoHost does it’s best to remove unlawful content, but some may go unnoticed. Any shared services abusing disk I/O or causing load issues for other customers on the server will be suspended and may not be notified. Any reseller or end user account found abusing the backup feature will have the feature disabled and notified. Backup is disabled for all accounts with web disk usage more than 10GB on the server. A single hosting account may use no more than 25% of the entire server’s resources. Accountsare typically not actively restricted until they exceed those resourcelimitations exceptionally. Unfortunately, in this instance, we will be forcedto place a temporary restriction on your user to prevent service issueswith the server’s overall system performance.
We reserve the right to disallow the use of any service that could be used for spamming such as IRC.The following is a list of strictly prohibited services: Bitcoin PTP File Sharing Torrenting Proxy We reserve the right to block/filter or throttle ports and/or IP address ranges at our discretion. This may include blocking port 6667(IRC) , denying access from known spamming IP address range, and limiting the speed of certain traffic types such as VOIP, Shoutcast, or Proxy.
